- assisting customers with medication queries
- liaising with local surgeries
- following SOPs at all times and taking instructions from members of staff
- chasing up prescriptions
- dispensing medication including MDS systems
- assisting the pharmacist with queries
- answering phone calls
Requirements
- as ACT - You should have Accuracy Checking Qualification and NVQ/QCF Level 3 equivalent qualification in Pharmacy Services and GPhC registration
- as Dispenser or ACT - To be successful in this role you will be a team player working methodically and accurately with exceptional communication and customer service skills
