plan and coordinate transportation for clients
this position will be responsible for assisting with the planning and coordination of transportation needs for our clients

work with the team to ensure that clients are taken care of at all times during their transport journey
this position will be based out of our Tamworth office
communicate with clients and their family members regarding their journey and plan their needs
coordinate with Midland Vehicle Transport Ltd to ensure that all clients are transported safely and timely
provide updates to clients regarding their journeys throughout the day
update client records weekly
update client information on the company’s CRM system
maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained vehicle
assist with other duties as assigned by management

1-2 years of experience in transportation planning or in customer service preferred
able to work independently or as part of a team, depending on the size of the company
