Responsibility
- midland Vehicle Transport Ltd is looking for a Transport Planner to join our team
- plan and coordinate transportation for clients
- this position will be responsible for assisting with the planning and coordination of transportation needs for our clients
- work with the team to ensure that clients are taken care of at all times during their transport journey
- this position will be based out of our Tamworth office
- communicate with clients and their family members regarding their journey and plan their needs
- coordinate with Midland Vehicle Transport Ltd to ensure that all clients are transported safely and timely
- provide updates to clients regarding their journeys throughout the day
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in transportation planning or in customer service preferred
- able to work independently or as part of a team, depending on the size of the company
