Responsibility
- midland Health is a leading Private GP Clinic which is going from strength to strength with clinics and clients nationally
- we now have a vacancy for a highly motivated Customer Service Agent, salary of up to £12 per hour
- to provide a call handling service and associated administration duties
- to take telephone calls from patients in a professional and courteous manner
- you will be responsible for taking calls, logging leads on our CRM, responding to web, email and telephone enquiries
- to record all essential information accurately
- you will be expected to make sales and convert leads and enquiries into sales
- we have a state-of-the-art clinic in Edgbaston, Birmingham and this is where you will be based part time. This is a hybrid role with opportunities to work from home
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
