as the Therapeutic Care Service Lead for MCTS, you will be responsible for embedding Attachment and Trauma Informed Care approaches within the homes we support and advancing our business activities to increase our reach and support in line with our development goals
attachment and Trauma Informed Care is about using our research and knowledge of how children form bonds to their caregivers and working to meet children ‘where they are’ to recover from adverse childhood experiences gently and safely
using a care model that knows about attachment and trauma, you will support staff to provide young people with a sense of safety and containment, and opportunities to experience healthy, nurturing relationships

HCPC registered Clinical or Counselling Psychologist
management and supervision: 1 year
therapeutic care: 1 year
