- 1.11 Assess, identify and refer patients presenting with mental health needs in accordance with the NSF for Mental Health
- 2.10 Maintain effective communication with those responsible for the overall commissioning and procurement process
- 1.12 Implement and participate in vaccination and immunisation programmes for both adults and children
- 1.13 Promote and deliver evidence-based care for patients presenting with aural conditions
Requirements
- registered first level nurse MSc or equivalent
- relevant nursing / health degree and active on the NMC Register
- extensive experience post qualification as a practicing nurse
- clinical supervision training and experience
- recent primary and / or community nursing experience
- extended / independent nurse
- yes – Disclosure & Barring Service Enhanced Disclosure
- nurse-led management of minor illness, minor ailments and injuries
