- servicing and cleaning of bedrooms/public areas
- changing beds/linen, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming carpets, cleaning and wiping surfaces
- replenishing courtesy items in all rooms
- complete all periodical tasks, such as flipping mattresses, cleaning curtains and dusting lamp shades, as and when required
- fulfil all reasonable requests from guests, to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety
- reporting any maintenance/security issues within guest rooms
- any other tasks as required by the Head Housekeeper
