Requirements
bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent work experience is required; a Master's degree is preferred
proven experience as a Programme Manager or in a similar senior project management role
strong knowledge of program management methodologies, tools, and best practices
demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and achieving project goals
excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results
proficiency in project management software and tools
Responsibility
develop and maintain an overall program plan, including project scopes, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
coordinate and prioritize project activities, resources, and budgets to ensure successful program execution
lead and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support throughout the project lifecycle
establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely reporting of program status, risks, and issues
identify and mitigate program risks and issues, proactively resolving conflicts and obstacles to maintain project momentum
monitor and track program performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project governance processes
collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies, promote collaboration, and drive alignment across projects
conduct regular program reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary
