Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent work experience is required; a Master's degree is preferred
  • proven experience as a Programme Manager or in a similar senior project management role

  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
  • exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results
  • proficiency in project management software and tools

Responsibility

  • develop and maintain an overall program plan, including project scopes, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • coordinate and prioritize project activities, resources, and budgets to ensure successful program execution
  • lead and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support throughout the project lifecycle
  • establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely reporting of program status, risks, and issues
  • identify and mitigate program risks and issues, proactively resolving conflicts and obstacles to maintain project momentum
  • monitor and track program performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project governance processes
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies, promote collaboration, and drive alignment across projects
  • conduct regular program reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary
