  • the Project Coordinator position offers you the opportunity to establish yourself in a key role covering a variety of different areas within the company as well as supporting the Managing Director with deadline orientated tasks in a niche area of business
  • you will be the key person responsible for the management and full technical review of application forms from new and existing customers to assess the information provided and determine the following
  • involvement in senior and team meetings, including minute taking where required

Requirements

  • previous coordinator, or technical administrative experience – minimum 3 years
  • proficient organisation and self management skills; the ability to assess and prioritise work regularly
  • high level of experience with MS Office applications and database familiarity
  • strong experience of working to daily strict deadlines in an office environment
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • possesses a methodical approach and precise execution to tasks
  • administrative: 3 years
