Responsibility

  • program, set and operate Haas CNC milling machines is essential
  • offline programming would be highly advantageous but not essential
  • quality focused and capable of working to a high level of attention to detail
  • the ability to read, understand and work to engineering drawings
  • must be competent in monitoring tool life, adjust tooling offsets and change inserts unsupervised
  • fully utilise modern machining techniques and fixture requirements
  • manual machining - Milling and Turning experience would be an advantage but not essential for this role
  • must have a flexible approach and attitude as our customers often require a quick turnaround service
