MICROGENETICS

Responsibility

• work with the Head of Marketing and Managing Director to set the marketing strategy for Microgenetics products and services
• ensure marketing plans are executed in full – sourcing support if needed
• liaise with marketing agencies, in house specialists and freelancers where technical & creative support is needed

• track spend and ensure it is kept within agreed budget
• regularly report on marketing effectiveness
• work closely with sales to generate and nurture high quality leads
• create marketing plans for all products in line with strategic objectives. Utilising the full marketing mix as appropriate – including email, SEO, PPC, social, DM, print, PR and events
• plan and organise our attendance at physical and online events throughout the year. Travelling if necessary and possible
• produce and promote engaging content for prospects at each stage of the buying process
• manage and update the Microgenetics website content
• manage the Microgenetics social media accounts
• continuously monitor performance of campaigns, A:B testing where possible
• develop key stakeholder relationships
• provide business leaders with market research and insights to support product development
