  • marketing manager

Responsibility

  • work with the Head of Marketing and Managing Director to set the marketing strategy for Microgenetics products and services
  • ensure marketing plans are executed in full – sourcing support if needed
  • liaise with marketing agencies, in house specialists and freelancers where technical & creative support is needed
  • track spend and ensure it is kept within agreed budget
  • regularly report on marketing effectiveness
  • work closely with sales to generate and nurture high quality leads
  • create marketing plans for all products in line with strategic objectives. Utilising the full marketing mix as appropriate – including email, SEO, PPC, social, DM, print, PR and events
  • plan and organise our attendance at physical and online events throughout the year. Travelling if necessary and possible
