Responsibility

  • be able to multi task and pick up new processes very quickly
  • use of accounting software, raising invoices and managing suppliers – MUST HAVE at least a years’ working experience on Xero Software
  • use of social media/marketing/company website - i.e Ebay to sell and post products
  • creating quotations, along with using Microsoft Visio to draw plans, organising engineers, ordering equipment
  • A great opportunity has arisen within a well established Security Installation Company based in Whitefield, M45, just off junction 17 M60. Parking on site available
  • organising training, ID Badges, insurances on an ad-hoc basis
  • putting processes into place to make the workforce more efficient
  • the company is continually growing, and we are looking for someone with experienced with superb organisational skills and the relevant experience to help us continue to strive

Requirements

  • knowledge of security, networking and audio-visual installation would be of an advantage, but not essential
  • the ideal candidate would be a strong communicator and able to work on their own initiative
