Responsibility

- our telecommunications company based in Rugeley, Staffordshire, is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team
- assist the project management team in planning, organising, and overseeing the execution of projects
- coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, managing project documentation, and maintaining project calendars
- collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather project requirements, track progress, and provide regular updates
- monitor project timelines, identifying potential risks and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies
- prepare and distribute project reports, presentations, and other relevant documentation
- facilitate communication between team members, clients, and external vendors
Requirements
- proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role within the Telecommunications Industry, ideally with Fibre Network Build
- proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- excellent organisational and time management skills
- strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- prior experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
