Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- manage consumable requirement reports via ERP and place orders with suppliers
- expedite all production and consumable purchase orders in a systemic manner to ensure timely deliveries. Escalate production delivery issues to Buyer
- liaise with internal stakeholders to source indirect spend products and services
- contract management of all supply chain contracts and agreements
- ensure all supplier documentation is up to date and stored in accordance with QMS
- monitor supply chain mailbox daily and deal with any queries
- maintain imports and exports logs and investigate anomalies with suppliers/freight forwarders
- process Invoices for payment
Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in purchasing, negotiating, and sourcing product and services from multiple vendors
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- ability to work overtime as needed
- ability to work with diverse teams across the company
- strong attention to detail and accuracy in order to deliver results for our customers
