Responsibility
- oversee the daily operations of the branch
- develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales goals and targets
- train, mentor and motivate branch staff to deliver exceptional service and meet performance objectives
- ensure all orders leave on time and in the correct manner
- ensure deliveries are booked in a timely and stock levels are accurate
- ensure the site develops a good working relationship with the local customer base
- manage any day-to-day staffing issues with the support of the HR department
- report any issues to senior management/ Head Office
Requirements
