Responsibility
supporting management with complaints, grievance and disciplinary procedures
ensuring the training and development of new and existing staff
to conduct new starter inductions and administration
managing the appraisal process on a quarterly/ annual basis
you will be the first point of contact for all day to day HR queries, liaising with the Senior Management Team, Team Leaders and employees
to update and record employee details on the HR system and managing physical personnel files for all employees
to manage the recruitment process, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates
responsible for maintaining and monitoring holiday, attendance and sickness absence records and to advise the appropriate manager when necessary and guide on the return to work meeting process
Requirements
A HND, degree or postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management
A qualification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development – Level 3 or Level 5
at least 2 years’ experience in operational Human Resources
excellent communication skills both written and verbal
prepared to work with all departments within the company
A high attention to detail
ability to work to strict deadlines with multiple projects
an ability to build relationships at all levels across the company
