Responsibility
- candidates with experience working in busy IT support roles would be well received
- as part of our expansion an additional two 2nd line IT Support Analyst is required to join a busy IT team based in the Dartford area where you will provide 2nd line support by email and phone as well as configuring and setting up user accounts in Active Directory and 365 environments
- the 2nd line support Analyst will be responsible for maintaining IT systems across our customers businesses and providing solutions to any issues that may arise
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an IT Support role
- able to identify and resolve technical issues
- support of Microsoft Windows 7,10
- support of Active Directory
- provide 2nd line user support by phone and email
- set up new IT equipment
- support of Office 365
- diagnose faults
