• office Administrator

• preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form

• dealing with queries on the phone and by email
• arranging travel and accommodation
• arranging post and deliveries including greeting visitors
• typing up letters, reports, electrical certificates etc
• printing and photocopying
• schedule: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm
• updating computer records using a database
• ordering office supplies and maintaining office systems
• liaising with suppliers and contractors
• using Sage50 Accounts to input invoices
