Responsibility
- develop and maintain good working relationships with clients to promote a high level of customer service
- taking IT support calls, logging, resolving, and escalating them in the helpdesk ticketing system where appropriate
- visit to clients’ sites to resolve issues and perform routine maintenance
- monitoring customer systems and acting on alerts
- resolution of 1st line support issues and requests via telephone, remotely and onsite visits
