  • conducting mechanical engineering tasks in the workshop which includes CNC operation, Lathe operations, TIG/MIG welding etc. as required
  • completing Meyn specific equipment training
  • following all health, safety and environmental procedures and regulations, maintaining a safe, clean and tidy work area including all tools and issued workwear

Responsibility

  • supporting with warehouse daily tasks
  • processing customer orders, returns, and refunds
  • offering first-class support to customers
  • assisting with customer service administration duties
  • tracking, tracing and resolving delivery issues
  • liaising with suppliers regarding deliveries and stock discrepancies
  • main POC for general customer enquiries
