- verifying of subcontractor’s tax status with HMRC to comply with regulations
- monthly subcontractor CIS300 returns
- maintaining records to comply with Company requirements and liaising with other staff as needed
- same as above for monthly supply & fix subcontractors
- inputting of purchase ledger invoices and reconciling of statements
- credit Card analysis and inputting
- weekly processing of invoices and payments for labour only and supply & fix subcontractors, liaising with contracts managers and reconciling when and where required, setting up of BACS payments on online banking system
- answering accounts payable queries
