Responsibility

  • compliance and achievement of project, procedures, personal targets and initiatives
  • constantly review processes and disseminate to estimating assistant, ensuring that these processes are followed and monitored
  • any other duties consistent with the role of Trainee Estimator as may be required from time to time
  • co-operate on matters of health and safety and follow the training provided, always taking reasonable care of personal and other people’s health and safety
  • files documents and keeps filing systems up to date so that information can be readily obtained
  • undertakes a range of clerical and administrative duties within a department to ensure its smooth running
  • to assist with project take–offs to the required level of detail of the BOQ for agreed trades
