Requirements

  • experience with full-cycle recruitment process design & delivery in a scaling/growing environment
  • A background playing a leading role or as a senior individual contributor in a internal recruitment team
  • A depth of experience using data to drive decisions and can put together business cases based around data
  • an understanding of international hiring
  • track record of partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing them
  • you have delivered company impacting projects
