Requirements
- previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal-related field is preferred
- strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- proficient in using computer systems and software, including practice management systems
- knowledge of basic veterinary terminology and procedures
- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
