- provide recruitment support to all external and internal candidates to Metamorph, including but not limited to
- the full coordination of the recruitment & selection process and assisting with correspondence that underpins HR policies/procedures
- maintain and update internal recruitment system/website
- pre-screening and interviewing potential new starters
- data entry for our internal ATS
- full responsibility for advertising roles relevant to staffing needs
- maintain both internal and external relationships in line with company expectation
- efficiently dealing with client and candidate issues, monitoring clear and effective outcomes
