Responsibility
- we are looking for a Sales & Dispatch Administrator to join our team, working alongside senior management
- the role is instrumental in providing an efficient ordering process to our customers that is smooth and error free
- you will be driven, organised and have a great attention to detail
- metallic Elephant Ltd are a bespoke hot foil press manufacturer with a workshop, showroom and offices, in a modern purposes-built factory in the lovely Essex countryside on a peaceful farm
- as our Sales & Dispatch administrator you will be a valued team member committed to delivering accurate administrative documents and customer service that exceeds our customers’ expectations
- we are looking for someone professional, thorough, and self-motived who can work as part of a team or individually whilst showing initiative and flexibility
- answering and directing calls – including making outgoing sales calls
- collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- experience in a sales administrative role or equivalent experience
- strong organizational and time management skills
- excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- customer service: 2 years
- knowledge of CRM software is a plus
