Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- to work safely at all times, following the Business’ H&S Policy, Risk assessments and method statements
- perform routine leak detection, repairs and installations of water supply pipes; predominantly in residential buildings

- respond to calls from our general contracting team
- previous incumbents in this role have all been developed and progressed to being a 1st Engineer and leading a WSP team
- provide top tier customer service
- follow current rules and regulations related to plumbing so that works can pass inspection the first time
- ad hoc work and projects as required
Requirements
- cat & Genny use
- NVQ Plumbing Level 2 and above / City & Guilds Plumbing Level 2 and above - preferable but not essential
- shoring & Trenching
- in-depth knowledge of maintenance and repairs of water supply pipes
- streetworks Level 1
- understanding of the current regulations within the field – notably WIAPS regulations for domestic water supply pipes
- excellent interpersonal communication skills on a technical level
- able to work both independently and as part of a team
