- our markets are family holidays, special celebrations , archery breaks, business breaks and retreats
- working within the Eaton Manor Team to organise and facilitate the smooth running of the business on a day-to-day basis
- communicating with guests to develop their booking and assist with specific requirements
- responsibilities include working with housekeeping team to manage peak and quieter periods
- overseeing stock control from housekeeping inventory
- eaton Manor Country Estate is a family-run business offering award winning luxury 4 and 5 star self-catering cottages, event facilities and an indoor archery range
- arranging planned and emergency maintenance within properties
Requirements
- excellent organisational and communication skills by email, in person and on the phone
- attention to detail
- be organised and flexible to develop solutions to solve problems if they arise
- advance planning for peak dates
- ability to lead and work as part of a team and individually
