Responsibility

  • I am currently recruiting for a recruitment resourcer to join our expanding team due to business growth
  • office Hours are 08.30am - 17.30pm Monday to Friday
  • salary is dependent on experience
  • assist with the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • utilize various recruitment tools and platforms Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
  • conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential candidates
  • manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms

Requirements

  • hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle
  • ideally from a recruitment back ground but not essential as training is provided
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective relationship management
  • excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • familiarity with social media management for recruitment purposes
