- supervise the Customer Service team to ensure all guest correspondence is dealt with in an appropriate and timely manner

- we want you to join our multi-skilled team responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of equipment, the ride, and the facility
- take charge of all guest experience reporting for both attraction and group management team

- take the lead in co-ordinating and composing responses to any high-profile guest complaints
- act as the attraction’s accessibility champion, focusing on ways to improve communication, processes and training

- this may also include covering for the Technical Manager when needed, providing clear direction to the team

- as and when required you will fully support other attractions within the London cluster and work closely with senior technical managers to drive the key performance indicators to effectively manage the resource available to manage and control the work order and ppm maintenance system
- about the Role
- we are looking for the following skills and experience
- you will additionally take on the role of Duty Engineer whilst the building is in operation, and your role will include carrying out planned preventative maintenance checks, carrying out tasks as per work orders including installation and repair works
- as the O2C Supervisor, you'll take charge of daily operations, ensuring efficient processing of new accounts in adherence to SLA
- in-depth experience of Health and Safety, environmental and statutory legislation
