work with the AI team to build models for real-time data analysis, including occupancy tracking, customer engagement, and conversion rate analysis
collaborate with the AI team to design and implement computer vision algorithms for object detection, heatmapping, and session tracking
support the training, validation, and optimization of AI models, ensuring accuracy and scalability
integrate AI/ML models with Merlin Cloud’s platform to provide real-time insights to clients
continuously research and prototype new AI techniques that could enhance the platform’s analytics capabilities
help maintain the AI codebase, ensuring clean, scalable, and efficient code
assist in developing and deploying machine learning models that process camera data for customer behavior analysis
collaborate with the full-stack and frontend developers to integrate AI insights into dashboards and reports for end-users

Requirements

bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications
proficiency in Python and familiarity with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
knowledge of computer vision techniques
experience with data preprocessing, model training, and model validation
experience in developing real-time data analytics systems
familiarity with camera-based data processing or video analytics
strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design, implement, and debug models
