  • meeting customers in our vibrant two storey showroom
  • proactively follow-up enquiries, quotations, and payments
  • liaising with internal departments
  • advising clients on product information, installation and availability
  • attending inhouse training sessions and actively maintain knowledge on trends
  • build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
  • due to the large range of suppliers we have access to, no two bathrooms are alike. Your role with us will be to identify clients’ needs whilst achieving sales targets and margins at the required level
  • answer customer queries in a timely and professional manner
