  • A compliance administrator would work to ensure that regulations are being met as per the duties below
  • as a corporate service provider, we specialise in the set up and operation of high risk e-commerce businesses on behalf of our clients, who are mainly based abroad
  • we are regulated by HMRC therefore we are required to collect enhanced “Know Your Customer” documents on our clients and conduct anti-money laundering checks on a variety of documents
  • updating spreadsheets and systems
  • reviewing and advising on commercial contracts/agreements
