- as Team Leader you will help the Manager to oversee the day to day operation of our residential care home. We care and support individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs and mental health conditions
- you will have responsibility in ensuring that the service provided is exemplary, whether that be in enhancing the quality of life of service users, ensuring that the Company is always compliant with CQC outcomes, supporting and developing staff or contributing to research in your specialist area

Requirements
- currently working at Senior level
- you will possess a professional qualification in Health, Psychology, Social Care or NVQ Level 2 or above
- hold relevant experience
- mandatory & Relevant training
- the ability to participate in the on call rota
- leadership, organisational and caring skills
- good Written & Verbal Skills
- residential Childcare: 2 years
