  • previous experience in a managerial position preferably as a CQC Registered Manager
  • genuine interest in working with vulnerable adults
  • social Care Experience within a residential care setting
  • QCF/ RQF/NVQ Level 5 or equivalent
  • able to Multitask
  • excellent written and verbal skills
  • satisfactory enhanced DBS Check

Responsibility

  • attending team meetings
  • handle client complaints and escalate if necessary
  • provide direct care as requested and participate in on-call duties which may include some weekends
