Responsibility
- lead the operation of the restaurant with emphasis on financial stability, quality food service, and staff development
- establish monthly budgets for departments including budget preparation, cost control, and performance improvement
- resolve issues in a timely manner while maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations, business policies, and procedures
- perform other duties as assigned
- promote the use of cost-cutting strategies that do not affect other departments but that do affect other areas of the organization, such as marketing, HR, and bureaucracy
- maintain strong communication with HR Manager to ensure all compliance issues are addressed and that all compliance issues are addressed in a timely manner
Requirements
- valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- ability to work full time, including weekends on an as-needed basis
- COVID –19 Vaccination approved exemption status
- supervising experience: 1 year
- restaurant management: 1 year
- bar management: 1 year
- hospitality: 1 year
