payroll administrator

Working hours

  • part-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • monthly payroll processing for circa 260 employees
  • reconciling and maintaining payroll/HR records and reports
  • preparing and filing of HM Revenue and Customs requirements
  • providing customer service to internal and external customers regarding payroll
  • accurately processing information with a high level of detail
  • ability to administer human resource documentation
  • compiling of reports within deadlines
  • ensure all information is treated with a high level of confidentiality

Requirements

  • direct Payroll processing experience in a similar position is preferred
  • strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • knowledge of HR policies and procedures related to employee benefits desirable
  • proficient in using payroll systems and other relevant software applications
  • ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on findings
  • payroll: 3 years
  • excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
