Responsibility

  • answering the phone and handling calls
  • an exciting opportunity has arisen within our IT Consultancy firm to support our growing business. You will be joining a team of dedicated, caring professionals supporting a wide range of clients across many different industries
  • placing and managing orders with suppliers including supplier management
  • the right candidate will be experienced in office management and ideally have PA experience, have good inter-personal skills, be flexible and adaptable, be able to work under pressure and be able to manage their own workload as well as working as part of our team
  • note taking during meetings
  • running our reception including receiving clients and taking care of them, receiving deliveries and marking them up ready for the engineers
  • running daily, weekly and monthly reports on office functions and taking action or reporting to the Director
  • being a non-technical point of contact for clients to ensure our high service level is delivered
