Responsibility

  • working across a busy Trust of school primary schools you will be responsible for managing kitchens during times of absence
  • working in a busy primary school and responsible for a small team of catering assistants
  • 30 Hours Per Week
  • 25 Hours Per Week
  • 27.5 Hours Per Week
  • term time only working 42 weeks per annum and 5.6 holiday weeks, equated pay
  • providing a full catering service to the children and staff
  • managing a team

Requirements

  • previous contract catering experience is required
  • individual will need minimum NVQ / City Guilds Level 2 catering qualifications
  • previous contract catering experience is essential
  • excellent client liaison / relationship building skills are vital to this role
  • previous contract catering experience is desirable
  • strong craft skills in both presentation and taste
  • must have excellent cooking skills in both presentation and taste
  • you will also be IT proficient
