Working hours
- full-time | Part-time
Responsibility
- cleaning and storage of all crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment as required
- ensure that all surfaces in the area are kept clean and are fully cleaned down before finishing the shift
- assisting with cleaning of staff areas as requested
- ensure the correct use of different cleaning chemicals and materials as per manuals and supervisors’ guidance
- adhere to all regulations in respect of Health and Safety, Hygiene, Guest Safety, Fire Regulations, Emergency Procedures and COSHH
Requirements
- experience of working in a similar role and/or environment would be a distinct advantage
- basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- strong communication skills to ensure you can communicate well with all departments on site
- enthusiastic and motivated, with a good eye for detail and accuracy
- proof of right to work in the UK
