MELBEC MICROBIOLOGY is looking for employees for positions:

Responsibility

  • management of the laboratory and training and development of the laboratory team
  • work with the Senior Technicians to plan and organise workload for the laboratory facilities
  • assist with the maintenance of the UKAS Quality System

Requirements

  • experience in a microbiology laboratory essential
  • supervisory or managerial experience in a Microbiology/Virology/GMP/Food Testing Laboratory essential
  • experience of working in a diverse and high throughput laboratory is essential
  • customer liaison experience desirable
  • the successful candidate must be a positive, self-motivated individual who works well as part of and leading a busy team
  • competitive salary
