Responsibility

  • solve technical challenges related to XML content
  • support and further enhance existing Mekon-developed AEM integrations with third-party tools e.g., PoolParty, the semantic taxonomy management tool
  • become familiar with the DITA Open Toolkit
  • familiarize yourself with the Adobe’s DITA CCMS, , and the way the client/server architecture can be customized and enhanced
  • familiarize yourself with the Oxygen XML editing environment and the varied and appropriate methods for customization using the Java based API’s

Requirements

  • ability to legally work in the U.K
  • A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field
  • good hold on Apache Sling API and Node API
  • AEM Backend development experience - Servlets, OSGi services, Schedulers, Listeners and workflows
  • front end integration with experience - Jquery, HTML5
  • experience in REST API integration with AEM
  • good experience in Java programming
  • AEM: 2 years
