Responsibility
- construction Foreman
- refer issues to project manager or co-owner for resolution
- place and maintain safety procedures in place, supervise workers, fill in for constructionmanagers as needed, and effectively manage all phases of site operations
- ensure all personnel are meeting safety requirements
- maintain and update job-related documentation, including progress, safety, quality, and timecards
- manage relations with clients, evaluate project requirements, and oversee staff on job sites
- ensure compliance of project scopes, specifications, and budgets
Requirements
- proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role
- in-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- ability to read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints
- excellent problem-solving abilities
- attention to detail and a focus on quality control
- ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
