Responsibility
- day to day management and support of all server clusters
- perform software updates and maintenance on a range of virtualised applications/platforms
- engage with clients and internal stakeholders via email and telephone to raise and troubleshoot support related queries
- use and maintain monitoring tools to ensure system reliability and performance
- creating and maintaining policy documentation
- conduct out of hours server maintenance at our Data Centres
- manage PCI Penetration Testing and ASV scanning with 3rd parties
- conduct periodical Firewall Reviews
Requirements
- knowledge of PCI DSS requirements
- experience with Kerberos and LDAP authentication
- knowledge of core networking principals
- understanding of writing Ansible playbooks
- experience and understanding of cloud technologies such as AWS or equivalent
- experience with MariaDB/MySQL using Galera
- experience with Load Balancing
- full Clean UK Driving License
