Responsibility

  • discharge duties in a safe manner in accordance with relevant methodical approach to work
  • to manage operational processes to ensure that all customer orders are dispatched correctly, via scheduling people and equipment to optimise efficiency
  • planning workloads to ensure that goods are stored, picked, processed and loaded onto vehicles in accordance with Company stipulated KPI’s
  • ensuring company procedures, systems and practices are adhered to
  • motivate team to perform to the required productivity levels through effective communication, coaching, encouragement and team building measures
  • manage outbound operations to ensure that goods are stored, picked, loaded and dispatched OTIF on a daily basis
  • in this role you will manage all aspects of inbound warehouse and operational processes to ensure day to day operation runs smoothly
  • you will be required to travel to our site in Enfield for training on our new Warehouse Management System in the first week of your induction. Mediq will cover travel and accommodation costs. Your working hours are between 6am and 2.30pm
