Requirements
- NVQ or QCF Competencies in Health & Social Care Level 3 minimum
- NVQ Level 4 or QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care
- candidate must be willing to complete Health & Social Care QCF Level 5 within 12 months from completion of probation period
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management
- have a minimum of 3 years Domiciliary Care Management
- have great CIW and CQC knowledge and HR experience
- have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- be highly computer literate and ideally have a Coordinator background or experience
Responsibility
- ensuring all CIW/CQC regulations will be complied with
- to follow local safeguarding guidance and reporting mechanisms to ensure the safety of clients, staff and others
