Requirements
- previous experience within a Logistics Administrator or equivalent role with an understanding of logistics processes and procedures
- previous experience of dealing with suppliers and ordering stock using computerised systems
- strong organisational & planning skills, preferably using digital tools & resources
- excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
- able to work on own initiative and without daily supervision

Responsibility
- accurate processing, packing, and shipping of orders
- supporting the monthly/Annual inventory audit and financial alignment
- actively monitoring product levels and re-order materials as required
- support in generating supplier quotations and placing purchase orders
- producing shipping documentation / commercial documentation in line with country requirements
