- GCSE or equivalent
Responsibility
- to process all Specialist / Bespoke equipment orders within 24hrs
- work alongside and support the existing Warehouse Operatives/ Driver Technicians and Service Engineers with the depot
- monitoring/Following all equipment orders until they have been dealt with
- work in the warehouse/ decontamination area and in the workshop where required
- daily update on all relevant information belonging to all orders
- the apprentice will mainly work alongside the Workshop Engineers to gain knowledge and experience to undertake all aspects of the role
- reporting all update/information back to Occupational Therapists, Suppliers and Customer Service
- occasionally during busy times, the apprentice may be required to accompany another engineer on two – person jobs in the field
Requirements
- able to assemble stock and have excellent attention to details
- replenishing shelves, arranging and organising pick-ups for the Technicians daily
- excellent communication skills to effectively answer calls and emails related to stock or products
- being organised and having good computer knowledge
- excellent Communication Skills
- working in a team and autonomously
- excellent knowledge of using scanning devices for stock management purposes
