  • document configuration solutions to satisfy client requirements
  • install and configure the Priority application
  • undertake analysis and investigation of issues as appropriate

  • undertake application testing to confirm the behaviour of items destined for release to clients

Requirements

  • practical knowledge of the industry
  • key skills in the design, development, review, testing, and support stages of the implementation lifecycle
  • core business analysis functions such as requirements gathering and documentation
  • experience in programming/structured development techniques in web technologies such as
  • database querying skills , including creating tables, reports, triggers, and procedures
  • knowledge of business systems architecture, system administration, and implementation projects
  • experience in creating test cases and test scenarios would be advantageous
