maintains existing sub contractor relationships and continuously aids to seek out new clients and opportunities
duties include but are not limited to –
prepare cost budgets and cost estimates for new contracts
keep existing contracts up to date, including making amendments, providing new cost estimates, and maintaining communication with the client
uses industry experience and knowledge to provide detailed estimates for client projects, including cost estimates, work time estimates, and overall customer satisfaction
maintain relationships with existing sub contractors keeping a sales-minded attitude, and seek out and build relationships with new clients
work with Site / Contracts Manager and Design team to help with development, innovation, and creativity on client projects
prepare and submit financial documents

Responsibility
completion of a training programme or apprenticeship will be advantageous
prior experience as a Cabinet Maker, with a portfolio of completed works
the ability to visualise spaces to create appropriate furniture
good arithmetic skills
excellent teamwork and customer service skills
attention to detail
ability to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing workmanship
