Responsibility
- MEAT59 is an independent burger restaurant focusing on meat sourced from the Westcountry
- we are a small independent award winning burger joint
- we are looking for a reliable hard working Grill Chef to join a small kitchen team at our Torquay restaurant
- the role will be full time
- we are looking for someone who is looking for a role where they can develop and receive on the job training and the possibility of an apprenticeship so they can become a grill chef
- experience is not essential as full training will be given but the successful candidate will need to have a keen interest in food and be willing to refine their attention to detail
- we can offer a relaxed and friendly environment within a small team where you can develop your career and learn on the job
- if you already have some basic cheffing or food preparation experience that is great but it is not essential as long as you are hard working, reliable and feel you are capable of learning your way around the kitchen
Requirements
- reliability and a muck in can do attitude is essential for this role due to the size of the team
